In the running of our Fitness4Fun system, we may collect and process the following data for you:

- We may need to gather information regarding devices you use to access our Fitness4Fun system in order to identify issues with any of our services.

- Any information pertaining to what you enter into our Fitness4Fun system.
- Any information you or your employer provide in order to allow you to access restricted areas of our Fitness4Fun system.

This is to allow us to continue to make improvements to the system and fix any issues as soon as possible. |

| Your data may be processed along with other user’s data as a whole in order to look at wider trends and patterns in usage to aid in creating new reports and analysis for the system. Any information resulting from such studies would only be used by us to improve the service we offer. |

| Data we collect from you, or store for you, is held in a dedicated UK-based secure facility (ie 24/7 security, CCTV, access controlled, etc) by Fasthosts Ltd who are ISO27001 accredited (https://www.fasthosts.co.uk/about/data-centre). All necessary security precautions are in place to ensure your data is safe and secure, and held in accordance with this privacy policy. |

| Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to this Fitness4Fun system; any transmission is at your own risk. |

| Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. This includes, but is not limited to, encryption of data (SSL/TLS/AES), controlled access through unique usernames and random alphanumeric and hashed passwords, and logging and tracking access to our websites. |

We may also collect personal data where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. |
